The Problem

iFit approached our agency with the problem of needing to establish brand loyalty through their fitness streaming platform, which was essential in retaining customers to their subscription service. They faced the challenge of creating a new kind of fitness content that would not only be entertaining, immersive, and effective, but would also foster a community and encourage word-of-mouth marketing on social media platforms. The goal was to create lasting impressions on their viewers and to establish a new generation of fitness trainers as leaders within the iFit community, which was vital to their success as a brand. By identifying these challenges, we were able to develop this content from the ground up, creating a new streaming fitness platform that would gain hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and ultimately transform the brand that is now iFit.
