The Problem

iFit approached our agency with the problem of needing to establish brand loyalty through their fitness streaming platform, which was essential in retaining customers to their subscription service. They faced the challenge of creating a new kind of fitness content that would not only be entertaining, immersive, and effective, but would also foster a community and encourage word-of-mouth marketing on social media platforms. The goal was to create lasting impressions on their viewers and to establish a new generation of fitness trainers as leaders within the iFit community, which was vital to their success as a brand. By identifying these challenges, we were able to develop this content from the ground up, creating a new streaming fitness platform that would gain hundreds of thousands of subscribers, and ultimately transform the brand that is now iFit.

Our team spearheaded the revolutionary Global Workouts program, showcasing thousands of captivating point-of-view workouts across all seven continents, led by iFit's renowned trainers. We meticulously vetted potential iFit trainers and crafted each video to highlight the incredible locations, while strategically promoting the iFit brand to captivate our audience. Our trainers quickly became icons and tribe leaders within the iFit community, and with the combination of their trusted expertise and the stunning backdrops of the different locations, they inspired brand loyalty and attracted new users to the platform. 

The Results

 The Global Workouts program became the driving force behind iFit's success and the reason why users kept coming back for more. Beyond delivering engaging content for iFit subscribers, we also delivered unmatched brand loyalty and community involvement as can be seen from a tenfold increase in social media engagement with the brand. Retention of subscribers grew by 150% and new users increased by an astounding 1,000% since we began creating this content.
